Shipping

Orders within Australia valued at $99 or above include free shipping.  

Shipping of orders valued at less than $99 will cost $10.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post or selected couriers depending on the customer’s location and order. Orders to metropolitan areas should arrive in 2-3 business days. Orders to regional areas may take longer. Please contact us via hello@leweekend.com.au should you have any queries regarding shipping times.

Orders that include items on pre-order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

We currently also ship to the US. Shipping prices are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your purchase.
If you are not based in Australia or the US and would like to order our products, please contact us via hello@leweekend.com.au and we will arrange a shipping quote.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs or duties that may be payable upon import of products to your country.

Returns

The goods delivered by www.leweekend.com.au can be returned to us within 14 calendar days from the date of dispatch without giving reasons. The prerequisite for this is that the goods are in the original condition and packaging. 

Damage caused externally to the delivered packages/products are to be photographed by you on receipt and to be reported immediately to us.

We strive to find a solution that is satisfactory for all concerned parties.

Please email hello@leweekend.com.au to notify us of your intention to return an item, and we will provide return instructions.

A copy of the delivery note or the order confirmation must be enclosed with each return. This allows us to process returns as quickly as possible and to avoid misunderstandings.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of a return.

The purchase price will be refunded within 30 calendar days using the method of original payment.
